I approach life coaching with a lot of life experiences. I have faced problems and difficulties in my life and through my own experiences and studies, I have been able to find ways of coping and learning to deal with problems. I believe every individual is entitled to find out how to live life to the full and be content regardless of the challenges they may face in life.
Life is not a fairy tale and we will all face difficulties in our lives but that should not stop us being the best of ourselves and living this one precious life we have been given as happily as we can.
My key areas of work are Anxiety Coaching, Exercise and movement, Women’s health – Perimenopause, Mindset + Life coaching, Strategies for dealing with depression.
Anxiety + Mindset – I do a lot of work around coping with anxiety and learning how to change your mindset. This is because these 2 areas can be particular debilitating for people and can cause you to become stuck in an unhappy cycle of trying to move on but being unable to. Having a negative or fixed mindset affects every single area of your life (e.g. relationships, health, weight eating habits, work, business and family life). If you feel stuck, feel unable to step out of your comfort zone, regularly feel that you are incapable of being something or achieving something in your life, are afraid of failure, regularly give up on ideas or plans without giving things a fair go, feel like you are always on the sidelines watching other people live life then you may have some work to do around your mindset.
Women’s Health : Perimenopause – Going through perimenopause can be one of the most traumatic and stressful times of a woman’s life yet it is not something we can avoid.
All women will at some point get to this phase of life. If you’re lucky, it will be over quickly with very few symptoms and you’ll move on nicely into perimenopause. Unfortunately for most women, this is not the case. Many women come into perimenopause with little or no idea what is happening and unfortunately, GP’s have very little training in this area and may also not be able to give you the support you need. This is where I come in. I hold your hand through the process, helping you to identify your symptoms, develop strategies for managing them, talking you through the difficult days, helping you prepare information needed when you see your GP so you can access the best medical support available, giving you advice on lifestyle changes that can help make this phase of life easier specifically in the areas of nutrition, mindset, pain coping techniques, supplements and exercise and movement. All of this is crucial if you want to get through perimenopause with as little stress as possible.
All aspects of coaching are really about helping you to see what you are able to achieve with the right support.
Life coaching is very different to therapy because a life coach works with you to help you work things out over time but does not tell you what to do. My prayer and hope is that with my help and guidance, we can together get you back on track to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself and lead a more fulfilling and healthier life.

Clients should understand that coaching is not a quick fix and it requires time, the more time you invest in coaching, the greater the rewards. Giving it time ensures that you are prepared to be committed and willing to work at this. Mindset patterns can be laid down from a very young age so it takes time to dismantle old habits and to get you started on a better way of being.
