Hi and welcome to my page. My name is Tayo, I am a wellness coach with over 10 years experience in the wellness space. Initially, I trained as an exercise referral coach and personal trainer before moving into wellness and life coaching. Prior to this, I worked as an Anatomy & Physiology lecturer in a college so I have a very well rounded knowledge and body of experience of the human body. Additionally, I have done numerous courses including one in Counselling Skills to further equip me for this role.
However, what I believe to be the most important attribute I bring to this job, is my devotion and passion for all things mental health, my desire to help others find their way through challenges and difficulties and my own personal experiences and trauma that I think make me a more empathetic and caring life coach.
I work primarily around Mindset, Wellness, Happiness & Anxiety coaching.
Many of the problems people face in today’s world can be traced back to low self esteem, a negative self-image and a negative mindset. Many of us do not realise how much a negative mindset and a negative self-image can hold us back from living the life we dream of. Having a negative mindset affects every aspect of your life from your career to family life to relationships and beyond. No matter what challenges you have faced and where your limiting beliefs have come from, it is possible to overcome them. I coach clients to see past failures and setbacks and be empowered to go on to live a fulfilling and purposeful life.
I work collaboratively with clients to identify any obstacles, limiting beliefs or negative mindsets that are blocking your ability to be happy and content so we can set you on the path to living the kind of life you dream of.
