how does it work?

The first step is a free consultation to learn more about you and to decide if we can work together. Following this, we will have 2 one to one sessions per week for a minimum of 3 months. These sessions can be tailored to suit your timings and lifestyle and will be carried out over Zoom/telephone/similar.

why do i need coaching?

Many people ask why they need a coach and what having a coach does for them. A negative or fixed mindset makes it hard for you to make progress in any area of your life.

Having a negative mindset means you may be finding it hard to decide what to do with your life, you change your mind from one day to the next because you are afraid to take a step, you procrastinate, overthink and spend a lot of time feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. You watch others going for it and living their lives and you feel resentful. When you are given feedback or advice, you find it hard not to take it personally. You are prone to anxiety and low mood. You have very little confidence in yourself or your abilities.
