how does it work?

The first step is a free consultation to learn more about you and to decide if we can work together. Following this, we will a minimum of 6 sessions, 1 a week. These sessions can be tailored to suit your timings and lifestyle and will be carried out over Zoom/telephone/similar.

how coaching helps you

You will gain better clarity, become more confident, be able to express yourself authentically and stop caring what others think. This means you are able to step forward and create opportunities that will allow you to live the life you dream of.

why do i need coaching?

Many people ask why they need a coach and what having a coach does for them. A coach is someone who will help you learn how to live live fully, get past emotional and mental blockages that may be holding you back and help you chart a way forward to a happier and more fulfilling life.

E.g. A negative or fixed mindset makes it hard for you to make progress in any area of your life.

An anxiety disorder that is not well managed can be very distressing and stops you from enjoying life, living in the moment or making the most of your oppportunities.

Depression can make you constantly sad, unable to enjoy life and if left unmanaged can make you question your existence.

All of these and other similar issues can be dealt with through coaching and you can then go on to live life to the full.
